SO grateful to see a BR friend here in LA- nothing like our friends and family💗💗💗

An Open Heart in an Unsteady World

How do we balance opening our hearts to new people while also protecting ourselves?

Life is a tremendous experiment. We can approach it with immense caution and fear, or with caution and an open heart. I choose the latter.

Anger and fear are not emotions I choose to feed. I feel lighter when I'm open, trusting, loving and honest. I wear my heart like a trusted hairstyle. It's my comfort zone, where I feel most like myself. But perhaps it's not suited for every occasion, and that's where I find the greatest discomfort.

I don't want to become guarded simply because the world can be unpredictable. I don't want to lose the parts of myself that make me feel most alive just to avoid the possibility of disappointment.

But I am learning that openness and discernment can coexist. That we can welcome connection without abandoning ourselves in the process.

And perhaps that's the experiment.

To remain true to ourselves while learning to regulate our nervous systems in an unsteady world. Add other people, their histories, fears, expectations, and uncertainties to the mix, and maintaining that balance becomes even more challenging.

But isn't that the goal? To find our center even when old fears and anxieties begin to speak. To recognize those feelings without allowing them to make our decisions.

To remain soft without becoming fragile. To trust without losing discernment. To love without losing ourselves.

Forever learning. Forever growing. Forever experimenting.

An open heart, grounded feet, and the courage to keep showing up. ❤️

I wish you all the very best, big love & a beautiful life!

Life lately has been a mix of beautiful moments and unexpected challenges. A touch of loneliness, a wounded hand and stitches, a little rejection, and a whole lot of gratitude.

Being human is a constant dance of competing energies. Most days, things feel beautifully aligned. Other days, nothing quite seems to fall into place. And that's the adventure of life. Not every day will feel balanced, not every connection will make sense, and not every moment needs to.

So, enjoy the sunshine, admire the moon, tend to your plants and flowers, love on the animals, take a long warm bath, and watch a fun show. Find joy in the little things, especially when life feels a bit out of sync.

We keep learning, growing, healing, and finding our way. And there's something beautiful in that, too.

I wish you all the very best, big love, and a beautiful life. 🦋

Dating in 2026… when did we stop pausing?

With endless choices just a swipe away, have we forgotten how to give a genuine connection the time and attention it needs to become something?

Here’s to finding connection—and when you do, may you pause long enough to let it breathe. ❤️

Full moon rising tonight. Beautiful. 🌕
I’m feeling completely at peace being in my own head—in my creation, my balance, my energy, my peace.
When the time is right, when the energy aligns, I will joyfully share my energy with another. Until then, I’m living in discovery and adventure—creating, exploring, growing, and allowing myself to simply be.
There is something beautiful about no longer needing to rush connection, force belonging, or fill the quiet.
For now, I belong here—with myself.
Nurturing this beautifully mundane human body and this endlessly curious spirit. ✨
And when something—or someone—is meant to meet me here, I’ll be ready to welcome it with an open heart. 💗
