Let’s get real for a minute:

You can be licensed for decades, experienced in all directions of the beauty industry and that’s great. However if you aren’t open to learning and growing with your industry then that road eventually comes to an end. This is where the closed minded stigma of “hairstyling is a hobby not a career” comes from. Too many get comfortable and stay there then complain there wasnt money or opportunities and eventually switch jobs/careers. This industry is what you make of it. no matter how long you’ve been doing hair, no matter how good you think you are there’s always room to grow. Take the classes, invest in your craft and surround yourself with people that want to see you level up! Im super grateful to have a handful of strong business women and beauty professionals in my corner that see a potential in me I don’t always see in myself ❤️ … ok rant over! 🤭✌🏽
