I’ve had a lot of clients asking about the difference lately, so I wanted to share some insight 🤍
✨ Side-lying (on your side)
This is the most supportive and safest position during pregnancy—especially as your belly grows.
It allows your body to fully relax without any pressure on your abdomen, and we can still work everything from hips to shoulders comfortably.
✨ Prenatal pillow (face down with support)
This uses a special pillow with a cut-out for your belly so you can lie face down. Some moms LOVE this option, especially early on, because it feels more like a “normal” massage.
🤍 So which is better?
Honestly… it depends on you.
As your pregnancy progresses, side-lying usually becomes the most comfortable and beneficial option. My goal is always to support your body in a way that feels safe, relaxing, and truly restorative.
Whether you want to melt into the table or just feel like yourself again for an hour… I’ve got you 💆♀️✨

Whew!! The past few weeks have been so busy and I am SO grateful 🤍
I’ve loved getting to see my regulars, meet new clients, and just catch up on life with y’all!
