Wow 😵‍💫 I completely forgot, but at the beginning of this month marked 3 years of my little studio! What a journey it’s been. For this treatment, I customized it to focused on calming, healing, and strengthening the barrier with cica-infused products, followed by extractions, high frequency to target bacteria, oxygen therapy for a radiant boost, and electroporation to enhance ingredient absorption. Her skin was feeling very happy!

Winter for the most part has been in full effect. Cold, dry weather can compromise our barrier. This can lead to irritation, dehydration, and even breakouts. So our goal here is to compensate what winter does to our skin. Ingredients like fatty acids and ceramides will help replenish the skins natural oils, supporting its defense against these environmental factors. Swapping for a gentle, non stripping cleanser and making sure you are using cold water when washing is a great start! Here are a few of my favorites that will help you get through the winter ❄️

1. Corthe Soothing Toner - extra hydration in the winter is 🔑 combines a selection of carefully selected ingredients to deliver a multi-beneficial facial toner. Panthenol works to lock in moisture while hydrating,while aloe soothes leaving skin feeling soft, balanced, and hydrated.

2. Dermathod Priming Peel Booster Pads - LHA (lipo hydroxy acids) have the same benefits of BHA’s, but are much more gentle and hydrating. They work to unclog pores while enhancing living cell production. PHA’s (poly hydroxy acids) are hydratingand less irritating than other AHA’s, and provide gentle rejuvenation. I use these 2-3x a week.

3. Corthe Dermo Essential Rich M Cream - Rich M Cream provides long-lasting moisture bycreating an occlusive barrier preventing trans-epidermal water loss. Ceramide NP helps strengthen the barrier and increase natural ceramide production in the skin.

4. KrX Jelly Mist Spray on Gel Mask - This innovative product delivers nutrients and the benefits akin to a full-face mask experience. Infused with Ginseng Flower Ferment Extract, CentellaAsiatica, Ceramide NP, it nourishes and rejuvenates the skin. I love using this at night as a sleeping mask as the last step of my skincare routine.

5. Gua Sha - Gua sha or facial massage are great for promoting circulation, reducing puffiness, and detoxing the skin-bringing a glow to your face. I would recommend doing lymphatic draining techniques in the morning, and facial massage at night.
