Good morning! Please take some time to read and/or view this annual update regarding our policies on appointment deposits, same day cancellations (SDC), no call-no shows (NCNS) and tipping. THE VIDEO LINK IS BELOW AT END OF THIS MESSAGE.
We are grateful and thankful for each and everyone of you and always want to keep you in the loop and communicate any changes, updates or news going on with us!
Since 2012, we have had policies in place regarding all of the above and my team and I felt it necessary to reiterate these policies and how/where they can be found when booking and visiting with us.
In this video I will, personally, cover:
Appointment deposits required to secure appointments.
What is SDC and why there is a fee?
What is a NCNS and why is there a fee?
What methods and measures are used for confirming appts?
How can we be communicated and contacted?
Lastly, I forgot to mention in the video:
Effective (as immediate as today) but officially as of Tuesday, May 23, 2023 all tipping may go directly to your Artists, personally, via:

Credit card tipping will remain an option for those not utilizing any of the above digital or tech tools, however a fee will be added to process all tips made via credit card. Your Artist will provide you with their personal info to receive tips at time of checkout.

This past week, one of our beloved family members, Helen and her husband endured a family obstacle that was so unexpected. Her husband, Franklyn, was involved in a very severe auto accident that nearly cost him his life. We are so grateful and thankful for his safety and life still being here.
As we always do, myself and pulls together for our family and have made donations and provisions for the family, however, many of you have asked and continue to do so as to how you can help.
Their vehicle was totaled and with 2 small children needing to get to school on a weekly basis and both Helen and her husband needing transportation, their current obstacle are finances towards a vehicle, and I am certain, finances to cover medical costs and the lack of Franklyn being able to work thereof, temporarily
He has created a GOFUNDME in which I will provide the link and if any of you have or know of a vehicle that may be donated or used temporarily to assist them in getting back on their feet, please feel free to contact me directly via my cell at 843-263-0426.
