Just three toxic ingredients. What's the harm in that?🤔

☠️Propylene glycol is a PEG, which has been linked with carcinogenic contaminant 1,4-dioxane.

Fiber is essential to keep food material moving through the digestive tract. If you’re not getting enough fiber, your stool can sit in the colon for too long, which allows toxins to be reabsorbed into the body, instead of being eliminated. Plus, constipation is just plain uncomfortable!

Get your fiber naturally by incorporating more berries, chia seeds, almonds, beans, barley, and peas into your diet. Remember to up your water intake, as adding in a lot of fiber at once can also cause digestive discomfort.

Some of these foods include parsley, cilantro, dandelion root, licorice root, cayenne, turmeric, red pepper, garlic, lemon, lime, grapefruit, sea vegetables such as seaweed, artichokes, beets, cruciferous veggies, wheatgrass, spirulina, chlorella, and milk thistle.

Jumping is a great way to shake up and stimulate the lymphatic system and increase circulation. If you have a trampoline, use it! Otherwise, just spend a few seconds jumping once or twice a day. You can also shake it out by dancing or wiggling around - it’s a great way to boost your mood and energy during the workday, too!

Next time you’re in the shower, alternate between hot and cold water for 30 seconds at a time.

This stimulating practice causes blood vessels to expand and constrict, which improves circulation and elimination while decreasing inflammation.

Pro-tip: Breathe through it! It’ll help your body cope with the shock of the cold water. And remember, the discomfort is only temporary!
