✨ Fun fact about me… For as long as I can remember, THESE were my dream shoes. Back in high school, I even had them on a vision board I made into my screensaver (yes, I’ve always been a little cheesy 🤭). I used to imagine the day I’d be able to walk into a store and buy them myself.

Were there more “practical” things I could’ve spent that money on? Absolutely. But for me, these shoes represented a huge personal goal. And about 3 years ago, I reached it—I strutted into that Louis Vuitton store and made my first big designer purchase. To this day, I proudly display them on my shelf, not just as shoes, but as a reminder of how far I’ve come.

It’s wild how quickly life moves. In the 9 years I’ve been in the hair industry, I’ve accomplished goal after goal—including opening my own salon suite, where I’ve now been an independent stylist for 3 ½ years (2 ½ of those back home in Beaumont with my OG’s 💕).

Sometimes we get so caught up in the whirlwind of life that we forget to look back and recognize the blessings God has given us. I’m forever grateful for my amazing clients who have supported me along the way, and I’m excited to keep setting new goals as God continues to guide me.

Here’s to celebrating how far we’ve come—and to everything still ahead. ✨
