This space is perfect for an esthetician offering lash extensions, brow services, waxing services, and/or facials.

We are a cosmetology licensed facility and currently have 1 esthetician and 1 hair stylist working here. Come join our family and complete our salon by offering your esthetic services!

Lots of storage for your products & linens, a bathroom & dispensing area in the back. XL metal cabinet. A couple of cabinets, carts and a massage table. For lash techs, we even have some extra lash products that you can use to help you jump start your business.

You must have a current Oregon esthetician or cosmetology license to rent this space.

$350/month for part time (1-3 days/week)
$450/month for full time (4-5 days/week)

Signing of 6 month or 1 year lease required.
