Our little Hairapy Kitty Rosey Posey has been badly injured. Possibly by a car. She’s got a leg injury that requires emergency medical treatment than I can not afford. I have been dreading making this announcement. But after 10 very long months of trying to keep my business afloat, I have finally buckled under the pressure of 2020. I have had more last minute cancellations, than actual appointments. I am absolutely understanding that Covid-19 is a huge factor in this and is not anyone’s personal fault. We are all following safety guidelines and personal protection boundaries. However, I can not afford to continue doing my craft. I am so so sorry to have to say, I am TEMPORARILY not taking any new clients and not booking online anymore. I am going to be taking a few new paths for myself, my career, and my family.

If you are already one of my clients and you would like to schedule an appointment, please message me personally. I will have limited availability and will not be making any appointments that are not 100% dependable.

I am so excited to share my most magical transformation to date! I can only say this was a Christmas Miracle. I can’t even believe or understand how I was able to do this in one appointment. 🤣

Last time I did Mandy’s hair, I put permanent red in her roots and red and purple vivid direct dye in her previously bleached and dyed ends. This result just shouldn’t have been possible.

The original color she asked for what slivery white. And I said sorry, not possible for you. How about this Christmas look that came from another client Stephanie, who I had just told that I couldn’t give to her sadly, and then return her hair back to white after Christmas. 😢 (I will put both inspiration pictures in the end of the post) Basically, I told them they wanted hair that couldn’t happen for themselves, but they could trade. Stephanie, my Christmas year round loving friend, willing let go of her Christmas inspiration for Mandy. So so soooooo kind. And then, this happened!!!! I got her hair to appear so dang blonde that we decided not to go so dark or heavy with the Christmas green and red. And so, walla, lightly ribboned and tinseled hair that Mrs. Clause would sell her best reindeer for! (Red Nose) 😉

If you haven’t been to my shop lately, you don’t know that these two will greet you and spend most if not all of your appointments with you. Teddy & Rosey are my Hairapy Animals, and they will certainly brighten your day and fill your heart while I make you feel beautiful as well! This is a full service salon folks, and it sits on a farm! You get a view of the chickens and goats and you can get a chance to pet some bunnies and hold a baby chic too!

I would highly recommend this new brand of Hair Salon. They are few and far between. And if I wasn’t enough to brighten your day and fill your heart before, let me end your 2020 with the best salon experience you’ve ever had!

Just ask any one of my clients who has experienced this. It has actually led me to make this post! They love it and usually try to take Rosey home with them! 😂😂

In 2020, things are just not normal this holiday season. Not as many family gatherings and not nearly as many of us are going to a workplace where we need to look our best right now. So, as this season is typically the most busy time for a hairstylist, this year, my chair is just waiting for people to fill it up wanting my magic! So maybe even if you don’t need to get your hair done before the holiday parties, you could still come support your Hair Whisperer and help me stay afloat! If we all hang in there together, we will all make it soon!

Oh how I have missed my girls! I am ready to have you all back. It’s time for us to all feel beautiful again!

Due to the rush of clients requesting appointments to me personally, and the rush of clients I’ve been working on all day long, I need you to return to booking online again! I can’t keep up, and I’m worried y’all will find me unresponsive and I don’t want to let any of you down.

So I have freed up more space for you to book yourselves. If you have any difficulty or need a specific time that you don’t see available, then you can message me. If you don’t know what you want, you can send that with your request and I will message you back.

I can’t wait to have you to my new cute little country shop in the farm. It is so relaxing and peaceful here! Come let me pamper you back to life!

As one of our business’s has been shut down so to the Coronavirus outbreak, our other business, Holmes Construction & Remodeling, LLC. is still open!

Maybe now is the time to finally redo your floors, kitchen counters, or even some outdoor work like fencing, decks and patio covers!

Most importantly, we are here if something goes out in your house that is an urgent necessity to your safety, don’t forget we are still here!

Hey y’all. I’m so sorry that we are all going through this pandemic, however, at the very least, we are all in this together. There is no discrimination by race, or religion or country. We are all at risk. Our loved ones are all at risk. As sad as I am, after finally opening my own cute little shop, I must put our lives first. I’m sure it won’t be long before we call all pretend our hair is naturally beautiful again. Unfortunately for me, I can’t pretend that a hairstylist is an essential provider. And I will be closing my shop this evening due to the Governers Executive Order to close up shop until further notice.
If you already have an appointment scheduled with me, or were planning to set one soon, would you privately message me so that we can discuss how to go about it together? I am not 100% sure that I can not still gather with family members. I will have to wait and see.

I am hopeful that we can be get through this together and see each other again soon.
