My amazing guest decided to just start over. Since shut down we removed all of the old color treated hair and gave her this really cute short pixie cut. Then we prelightened and glazed with this beautiful violet rose gloss. A beautiful jewel tone for fall but changing things up from the usual fall color palette.

EXCITING NEWS! WE ARE REOPENING!

We are so happy to see you back at The Salon at Ulta. I want you to be aware of some the changes we've made to provide the safest and best service possible.

First, I just want to remind you that even though we are being mindful of social distancing, that is not possible during a good portion of your visit with me. If this would make you uncomfortable I totally understand and we can find a time for you when you're ready. All our associates will go through a health screening before every shift. And we will call you a day or two before your appointment to confirm AND ask you a few questions about possible illness or exposure.

We also have an "I mask, you mask" policy that requires all Ulta associates and all Ulta guests to wear face covering when in our stores. Masks that loop the ears are the best to wear during your service.

We have increased our sanitation standards so you will probably be more aware of the sanitation procedures we have always followed.

Some changes in our store/ salon operations;
1. We will not be excepting walk ins. Services will be by appointment only.
2. Our waiting area is closed, so please feel free to shop around while your waiting. You may also choose to wait in your car. Please just check that we have your cell number on file when you book your appointment or when called to confirm and inform us of this request.
3. Please be aware. To do our best at providing social distancing, only the guests receiving a service will be visiting the salon. If you bring a friend they are welcome to shop the store during your visit.
4. Please also know that if you wear a coat or jacket you will need to hold it during the service.
5. Since our waiting area is closed, we have removed all magazines, service menus and any other loose paper information. So please feel free to bring something to read to enjoy during your process time.
6. We will be limiting the number of guests and Ulta associates combined, to 40 people in the building at all times. If you arrive for your appointment and there is a line waiting at the door just let the greeter know that you have a scheduled service and they will send you in. Unless you have asked us to call you in the car, we will page you when we're ready so please feel free to shop to occupy any wait time.

Along with a mask I will also be wearing fresh gloves and apron with each new guest. As always, I will be using a fresh service drape, towels and sanitized tools for each guest. Whenever possible during your service I will step at least 6ft. away keeping our personal space contact to the least possible. At the shampoo bowl just relax and close your eyes since that puts us face to face. I will have the usual water to offer but please feel free to bring any snack or other beverage with you.

As you all know, my age puts me in a higher risk category as well as my Mother since we are roommates. So at this time I will not be taking guests under the age of 18. I am sorry for this inconvenience, but my co workers will have as much fun with your children as I do and will make them feel comfortable and just as happy with their service. I would be happy to recommend which co worker when your ready to bring your child to the salon for a service.

And finally, I will be working the same days as before, but the store will be open shorter hours. My schedule - Sunday 11-6, Monday 10-6:30, Thursday 11-7, and Friday 10:30 - 7. If your ready got an appointment message me or call the store at 503-466-0206.
