Did you know that pain and limited mobility often stem from tension deep within your body’s connective tissues? Corrective massage combines myofascial release and trigger point therapy to ease these tensions. By focusing on the fascia—connective tissue that keeps everything in place—we help restore your body’s natural movement and alleviate pain. Corrective massage can get you back to feeling your best!

I have two rooms available for rent at the wellness center in Grapevine. One room is already set up as a massage room (see pictures) and is roughly 130 sq ft. The empty room is slightly smaller, around 120 sq ft.

Come try out a session in the infrared sauna. Or, better yet, get the full experience with a sauna and massage combo!
What is the difference between far infrared sauna and dry heat sauna?
An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses electromagnetic radiation from light to create heat. This radiation warms the air around you as well as warming you directly. A traditional dry sauna uses heaters to warm the air around you.
What is infrared/ far infrared?
Infrared refers to the invisible light waves beyond the red end of the visible light spectrum. Far infrared refers to the farthest end of the infrared spectrum with the longest thermal wavelengths.
What are the risks and benefits?
There are many claimed benefits that still need more research, so we’ll only list the solid benefits and updated the list as more evidence comes out. Far infrared therapy will provide:
* Better sleep
* Detoxification
* Relief from sore muscles
* Relief from arthritis and other joint pain
* Improved metabolism
* Improved mood
* Restorative effects for skin
As far as risks, there are no reports of negative effects so far, beyond the cautions about any sauna experience. These include the possibilities of overheating, dehydrating, and interference with medication, as well as the potential danger for those who are pregnant, have heart disease, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, among others.

Helping out one of the players of a high school basketball team in Richardson a few weeks ago. His hook shot caused a little pain in his shoulder. Worked out the restrictions in the fascia tissue of the entire shoulder girdle, lats, and neck. Had him test it out after we were done and I’m happy to say that his hook shot looked great to me and felt smooth to him 👍🏀🙌
