The temperatures have to cool down a little bit more before I'm ready for Chili or Beef Stew. Some of you might already be ready for some crock pot recipes! So I wanted to do a little recipe swap. I just made this one a couple weeks ago. We liked it. I don't think I actually made sandwiches out of it but it was still good!

I have to brag on this man today! He' been working nights 4 days a week the past 3 weeks. Nights have not been easy for him but he still manages to help out with household chores and trying to take me out to do something on Saturday. (our one day off together per week.) I can't thank God enough for placing him in my life when he did.

While Paul and I aren't parents to any real kids. We have three furbabies. I recently relaunched my business with Bellame. While the financial side isn't thriving yet, I have noticed I'm happier which rubs off on my family.

How has your business or job helped your family this week?

I cook most of our meals at home. It's healthier and cheaper. We liked this recipe for an easy, weeknight meal. I would recommend getting the button mushrooms. We used regular chopped mushrooms and I think button ones would have been better.
