Renew ME

📣We are welcoming Lisa B. to our team! Lisa has been perfecting her craft as a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 30 years.

Newly settled in Maine, she brings an impressive resume of experience, with write ups in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, W, and Quest. From working with high profile clients in entertainment, professional sports, and heads of state, to those in need, she gives 100% to each client she works on🫶 Her philanthropic endeavors include a partnership with JBFCS providing therapy for victims of domestic violence, fundraisers for New Yorkers for Children, and Broadway Cares.

Her background in visual art and biomedical illustration provides her with a greater awareness and appreciation in understanding the nuances of the body beneath the surface💆🏼‍♀️

Her Monday/Tuesday schedule is available for online booking. To check her availability on other days, give us a call at 207-356-8063🥰

🤤We are loaded up with goodies for Memorial Day weekend! Open Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-3pm 🥧🍪

In a small town like this we all know someone with a family member or friend who works at Robbins Lumber. We know nurses, first responders, and others whose jobs required them to witness things that may stay with them for a very long time.

As support floods in this weekend, may we also commit ourselves to a long memory. The grief, trauma, recovery, and rebuilding from something like this will not end when the initial shock fades.

Let’s continue looking for ways to support the grieving, the injured, and all those affected — not only now, but for the long road ahead. Let’s walk that journey with them.

We are holding our loved ones especially close this weekend. ❤️

To my dear clients 💐

My first Mother’s Day feels like the perfect time to express my deep gratitude for the love, support, and patience you have showered me with as a new mother. 🩷

As a small business owner navigating the challenges of new motherhood, I could not ask for a more encouraging and understanding community. Thank you for celebrating with me. 🫶

To my staff — thank you seems insufficient. ✨ You know how much Renew ME Day Spa means to me, how much my clients mean to me, and you took on extra responsibilities to keep things running smoothly.

My heart is so full. 🥹💕

We saw this trend and knew we had the perfect pictures to announce springs arrival 😅
