I started this program on Feb 5. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect...Was I going to lose anything? Was I going to feel deprived? Was I going to be starving all the time?

Well, I'm not finished yet, but in 3 weeks, I've lost 8 lbs!! I don't officially do my measurements until next week, but my hubby has noticed my arms being more toned and my tummy not as pooched!! I'm not bloated and irregular (TMI🤣). I haven't had heartburn for 3 weeks! I haven't ever felt that I was being starved, which for those that know me well, I LOVE food! But, I was also a fast food junkie~this program has helped me to make better choices for not just myself, but my kiddos, too!
