Our team members at My Spa are very serious about the health and well-being of our guests and our community. Our staff always wear masks in our facility and are asked to stay home if showing symptoms of any communicable illness. Our private spa rooms use UVC light sanitizing between visitors and have individual air filters in every room. Our state of the art float spas use a 4 stage filtration process between every guest that kills 99.9% of viruses and bacteria with no toxic chemicals to guarantee a safe, healthy, and chemical-free experience for every visitor. Even the air inside our float spa is filtered. We ask our guests to stay home if they are ill or have been exposed to COVID-19. All guests must wear a mask when possible inside the facility and are temperature checked and required to wash hands upon entry. All visitors must make an appointment.
