Massage Team

Hello fellow PNW LMTs - I'm based near SEA, licensed for 30 years. Looking to build pro relationships w/ RELIABLE colleagues around PDX/VanWA for chair/corporate gigs.

Pay is a reliable hourly regardless of sign-up/show-up, paid straight through including breaks, tips, paid parking where needed + networking opps also.

Here's what I have in the hopper now & hoping for more --

2x chair LMTs + 2x "reflexology" LMTs (regular foot massage OK) = 4 total LMTs
Plan to inquire about face-down table for foot M
parking validated or paid where needed

$50/hr **straight through including breaks** same rate to everyone everywhere. When it increases (likely 2024) it will benefit everyone

The Problem --
Massage is personal and you want to hire the right provider. You also have values you wish to uphold. What's out there for client groups to wade through:

--providers who are unlicensed, uninsured and basically illegal and unaccountable. Guests get hurt = too bad.
--providers who are licensed, insured, but solo. Availability varies over time. They may leave massage entirely.
***providers who are licensed, insured AND represent a group of therapists. Reliability & single point of contact.***
--providers who are licensed, insured but large and rarely therapist-owned. Franchises and corporations.
--providers who are licensed, insured but national. Never meet clients in person. Hire LMTs via email/text.

At times clients organize an event that calls for multiple LMTs who they have to source individually. Google to the rescue? Not always. Clients rarely understand the intricacies of massage licensing, state business licensing, liability insurance and so on. How to know if you've found good providers? With 25 years in the industry, I'm here to help.

The Solution --
You have values we share: desire to support micro/local businesses with a 'personal touch' regarding both their team and their clients.

--I am an 'independent' LMT as are all my team, who I fully support in growing their private "table" practices.
--My company is 100% local, home-based and 100% therapist-owned/run. Beyond small - "micro" in size.
--I am the sole Massage Team member responsible for all administrative functions.
--I have no interest in going big or national
--I'm a single point of contact for clients like yourself.

Clients organizing massage for groups need this final feature. They might stumble upon a great solo LMT this time but - whoops! - that LMT isn't available next time. Back to the drawing board.
