If your workouts feel comfortable every single week — that’s the problem. 📉
Progressive overload is the foundation of all strength gains. It simply means gradually increasing the demand on your muscles over time ..more weight, more reps, shorter rest, or better form.
Your body adapts to stress efficiently. Once it adapts, it stops changing. There are few ways to push past that adaptation plateau.
Three ways to apply it this week:
✔️ Add 5 lbs to your main lift
✔️ Add one extra rep per set
✔️ Reduce rest time by 15 seconds
We’ve posted QR codes on some of the machines in our gym that direct you to our own voice-over video tutorials. They provide some assistance in how to properly use the machine, inform users which muscles are being targeted, and a few extra tips of technique to get the most out of the machine.

Just 20 minutes. That’s all it takes. 💪
The American Heart Association recommends 150 minutes of moderate cardio per week — which breaks down to about 20 minutes a day. And research backs it up: a 2022 European Heart Journal study found that just 19 minutes of vigorous exercise per week was linked to a 40% lower risk of developing heart disease.
Your heart is a muscle. Train it like one.
Whether it’s the treadmill, a row, or a bike — 20 focused minutes is enough to make a difference.
