Hey All! It's been awhile since I've posted and I want to get back to posting great content to help all of you reach your goals! So here we go!
When do you guys struggle the most with bad cravings? Week day/ weekend? Morning, afternoon, late night??? For me, the late night cravings of crunchies or sweets has always gotten to me. I'm interested to get feedback on this. I want to help in finding as many solutions for foods we can replace but still somewhat satisfy our evil cravings!

Here is a great break down of fats and the right types of fats. Fats are an important part of diet and to get those abs showing, but getting the "good" kind of fats is crucial and the right amount. It is easy to go overboard with fats, one handful of nuts quickly can turn into an entire bag eaten. This helps show the correct portions needed. Moderation brings those abs a little closer to the 6 pack ab lifestyle!
Let's stop fearing the carbs. Just pick the right ones. Keep it simple:)

I'm not saying to do this forever or life, cause we all know tracking food is not fun and most of us don't have the time for it, but try it for a week or two and you will quickly see where you can make improvements in your diet. Hey All. Sorry it's been a while since postings have happened. I'm back now to help us all get that "AB LIFESTYLE"!! SO here is to new workouts, meal ideas, yummy healthy treats and the little things that can make a difference. Here are some easy ideas for sticking to clean eating.

We often are quick to shovel food into our mouths, not thinking what we are eating or how it effects our bodies or even worse, the consequences! Here is a good little guide to relate to when you have that temptation to shovel a glazed doughnut into your mouth so next time your can STOP & THINK!!

Here is some great meal suggestions from one of of our favorite fitness Athletes, Amber Elizabeth. These are easy and great for getting those abs to where they need to be:
4 egg whites/1 whole egg and 1/3 cup of oatmeal. (add oatmeal in coconut milk for an amazing taste)
Two fish tacos with sautéed cabbage on wheat tortillas.
Gluten free French toast and nitrate free turkey bacon.
Kale/arugula salad and wild caught Alaskan cod or chicken

Here is a great breakdown of some of the key basic workouts that target different parts of the abdominals. There are so many workouts and exercises out there it can be overwhelming. Also, a great little break down of the key foods groups to make sure you are getting in your daily diet. KEEP IT SIMPLE!!

Some food for thought.... Here is a great little AB CHEAT SHEET from the great book, The AB Diet. A basic layout to keep you on the straight and narrow path:)
EAT: 6x's a day, portion control, spaced throughout the day, each meal containing 2 of these food groups.
