Big big bigggggg chop to help alleviate the discomfort of having too much hair when a migraine is present.
A discomfort I know all too well.
My friend here has an abundance of hair. I shaved the side of her head she gets migraines on and thinned her hair until she was satisfied with the lightness of it.
We talked about nervous system regulation and lymphatic drainage to help reduce the frequency of how often they show up.
