🚗 Vehicle load-in may begin around 10AM
⏰ We ask that all registered vehicles please be loaded in by approximately 11:30AM

If you are pre-registered, please come directly to the BLACK BRBC TENT when you arrive to receive:
✔️ Your dash number
✔️ Your T-shirt voucher (IF you registered in time)
✔️ Your complimentary drink ticket

Unfortunately our shirts were delayed in transit and are now expected to arrive tomorrow between 12PM–1PM.

We will distribute shirts later during the show or immediately following the awards ceremony at 3PM.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience — but unfortunately UPS does not take orders from the brewery 😅

🌦 WEATHER UPDATE 🌦
Another thing we can’t control is the weather. Right now we are optimistic and planning for the show to go on as scheduled.

However, if conditions drastically change and safety becomes a concern, we will evaluate a possible reschedule and all registrations will be honored for a future date.

We truly hope it does NOT come to that because we cannot wait to spend the day with everyone 🍻

We would still LOVE to have you bring your ride out.

We simply ask that unregistered vehicles initially park at the church across the street until all registered vehicles are situated onsite. Unregistered vehicles cannot be voted on or receive a trophy.

✅ Day-of registration WILL be available for $20
(please note: no shirts available for day-of registrations) and will also receive one drink coupon!

Mother Nature has definitely kept us on our toes this week 😅 We’ve gotten a lot of messages asking about the weather, so here’s the latest:

As of yesterday, the forecast started trending in the right direction — and today it’s looking even better. So we’re loading up, firing the engines, and moving FULL SPEED AHEAD with Gears & Beers this Saturday 💨🔥

Between the crawfish boil, live music, vendors, awards, and all the moving parts involved, rescheduling just isn’t practical at this point. We’re optimistic, excited, and ready for an awesome day with everyone.

That said — we’ll continue monitoring conditions closely. If the weather takes a serious turn for the worse, we’ll make the call because the safety of our customers, vendors, musicians, and friends will always come first.
