Is there a change or lifestyle thing that you would like to fix in your life to be healthier and happier in your body? I get that totally. This past year with my health and wellness journey to compete in my first ever bodybuilding competition, I knew I needed to give up my nightly wine habit. And now I don’t think of it as giving up but more of setting myself free from that habit and I am so glad I did! The helpful thing was that I knew deep down I would be happier and healthier in my body once I made that change. Alcohol was taking more from my life than what it was giving. Now, as an almost 50-year-old gal I feel strong, happy and healthy and more vibrant in my life. I want so much for others to have the same feeling in their bodies. What did you have for lunch today?
I made myself a frittata w/1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, some leftover roasted turkey 🦃 and some leftover steamed broccoli 🥦 (I can’t stand leftover broccoli 😫), but it worked out amongst the other ingredients!

Here’s to awesome low carb/low fat and high protein meals!
