This sweet customer came in with no idea what to do with her brows because of how they naturally grew. She was a referral but trusted me with them. So after our consultation, we ended up doing a lamination tint and wax.
Some brows need the chemical processing to get to lay down in the most flattering direction to fit your own personal eye shape. I was also trying to make them very easy for her to maintain, because of how they naturally grow a different direction. And I’m not gonna lie getting her brows to lay down in the direction I was trying to do was a little bit of a struggle at first because her hairs were very coarse and stubborn. But at the end of the appointment she was extremely happy with the outcome so it was worth it!!!

Sometimes just a simple clean up and maintaining your natural shape is all you need!

And I just want to say and clarify that she has ZERO products in her brows, I love always getting to do her and her mom and her family and appreciate the trust they have shown me through out the years!
They truly have beautiful brows and we have found a shape that works and compliments her face shape while also when they grow out they don't lose its shape cause we have trained them throughout the years to grow in a different pattern.

My goal will always be and has always be to try to make you feel confident and beautiful about yourself but also to make your morning routine quicker not harder. So I can provide my professional opinion about which products work with your skin type and look you are going for. And if you need a lesson explaining the differences of all the products I'm more than happy to, and I always have you hold the mirror and watch me fill it in on yourself while explain what I'm doing and why so then when you go home you feel confident in filling in your own brows.

Today 2 years ago I opened my own salon that me and my best friend LeeAnn were planning of having our own together one day. Unfortunately I was quickly directed to start a new chapter in my life. Which it was incredibly challenging and hard but I am so proud of everything that has come from it! Not only starting my own business at 25 but by also continuing to honor her, while doing what we both loved most which was helping people feel most confident and beautiful about themselves. We both loved being creative, helping teach any makeup techniques we learned through the years, therefore increasing clients knowledge and confidence.

Luck plays such a powering role in some lives they wonder “do I deserve this?” Or “how did this happen to me?”. In my case, it wasn’t luck it was trust from a very loyal clientele. It made me aware and pushed me to be hardworking, I had to make decisions that reflected on my character, and I acknowledged and accepted any advice that I was given along this process. Throughout the hard work I never imagined all the many good things and amazing people I would meet through my salon!

I am forever so grateful of the extremely loyal clientele I have built throughout all these years. Some of them I’ve been doing since my first week when I was starting at Benefit Brow Bar inside Ulta 8 years ago, and they have still continued to follow me to this day. At one point they were just strangers who were on my books. But I quickly got the privilege of getting to know them personally and their lives over the years. I consider a lot of them to be really amazing people and some even good friends! They have been with me through the highs and lows that life will always throw at us. I’m grateful of what I have achieved so far and I want to thank them for being patient while I continue to grow and learn and they still continuously showed me endless amounts of support. I LITERALLY would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for having my clients help me create such an amazing salon! I know LeeAnn would be proud of it. SO THANK YOU SO MUCH, here’s to many more years to come🥂🫶🏼
