Many of you know already, but in case you haven’t heard… Some people begin with “it is with a heavy heart…”. But that doesn’t even come close. Because there’s a huge fu***ng hole in my heart. Saturday, September 20th 2025 my mom was involved in an unexpected and tragic motor vehicle accident while on her trip in Bali, and passed very quickly afterwards.
My mother was a hell of a woman. She had a fiery spirit unlike any other. She made a NAME for herself. If you met Diann Bond - she made sure you didn’t forget her. She went after what she wanted. She never took no for an answer. She worked her ASS OFF for everything she had and paved her own path when no other road was available. She was an amazing mother, a genuine friend, a BOSS of a business owner, and a loving daughter.
I’m sorry. I’m so sorry to everyone this will effect. I’m sorry that my grandparents have to say goodbye to their daughter. I’m sorry my 16 year old brothers will have to go through so many big milestones without their mother. I’m sorry if this is the way you found out. There are just too many people to reach out to personally. She touched so many lives and I honestly cannot deal with sending masses of messages at this time.
I am trying to get logged into her Gloss Genius account/ website that she used for her business so I can start canceling appointments and refunding deposits. But of course there has been issue after issue. I know she was supposed to return to work today so I’m hoping those of you scheduled with her this week will see this.
It feels wrong to offer this, but I have already had several people reach out and ask. But IF you are comfortable with it, I am happy to take on as many of my mom’s clients as possible. I realize I have some big shoes to fill. And honestly no one could ever replace her. She was the best in the business. 🖤 but if you would like to try me out as your new esthetician here is my website for booking.

Aside from trying to tackle her business, my family and I have been dealing with a mountain of other things as well as trying to grieve.
