Hello! 🙋🏻‍♀️ so i realized I haven’t ever really introduced myself so now is better than never 🤣

My name is Tania I’m a hairstylist in Bentonville Arkansas.
I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2013.
I had the opportunity to attend beauty school while in High school and obtained my license right after graduation.
I probably over indulge in Podcast, online courses and what ever I can get my hands on to grow my knowledge behind the chair.
I can truly say I absolutely LOVE what I do!

Just for the fun of it here are some non-hair related things about me:

1. I have WAY too many memes saved in my phone 😂
2. My hubby’s name is Victor 👫🏻 We’ve been married for almost 3 years.
3. I have a cat named Tito 🐈
4. Coffee is my bff is my fave
5. I love medical shows, Grey’s anatomy is my all time favorite.

Curly vs Straight
Swipe to see the side by side of this dimensional color to notice the big difference it makes how you style your hair. Both taken on the same day after color and haircut.
Notice that curly shows more contrast and creates a more defined effect between the blonde and dark. On the other hand straight gives you a more blended and diffused look.
Something important to keep in mind when picking out a new color, make sure your inspo photo it’s similar to how you normally style your hair otherwise it’ll look very different than what you envisioned.

Who said grey hair is boring?
I love when my guest embrace their natural hair color.

My beautiful guest was ready for a change this season but still loved her highlights. We opted for a brown-copper base color to transform her look but also to bring back depth.
Hair needs depth to make your highlights pop! That means you need "dark" in your hair so your light pieces can be showcased. Otherwise, it'll be one blended color.

Lets talk about haircuts!

How often should you get your hair cut?

Here’s a great timeline to follow:
4-6 weeks to maintain the style
10-12 weeks to grow length

It’s crucial to get trims while you’re growing your length so that you remove dry ends to avoid split ends. If you don’t remove the split ends, they will split up even higher and you’ll have to cut much more length off than you’ll like.

Will a short haircut suit me?

I get a variation of this question asked on a regular basis. And the answer is Yes!
If it’s cut tailored just for you, keeping in mind your hair texture, density, face and bone structure as well as your lifestyle. You can rock the short style you’ve been dreaming of!
One of the best things about short hair is that its quick and incredibly easy to style!
