Forever 31 Beauty

As most of you know by now, and I’m sorry and embarrassed to make the official announcement so late, but I quickly had to close the doors to Forever 31 Beauty.
While this brought on many different emotions and came to be pretty unexpectedly, I’m at peace knowing that God always has a plan and His ways are always better than mine.
I know this isn’t a permanent closing (or by any means an end to my career as an Esthetician), but more of a pause and pray, regroup and listen for God’s direction on where to go from here.
While I’m encouraged to be optimistic, I’m also human and embracing the time God gives me to be sad for a moment. Closing the doors to the building that I really got started in and worked out of for the past four years is humbling yet also, hard! Me feeling like a failure to others counting on me to keep the doors open is even harder and still humbling at the same time.
However, I’m also so very thankful God gave me these four great years of working with some of the most inspiring, loving, and self-motivated women and entrepreneurs that will undoubtedly keep building their dream careers. He also blessed me with some of the kindest and courageous, beautiful clients ever, while running my little spa business.
I’ve enjoyed so much of my Esthetics career in this little building that I called Forever 31 Beauty Spa and I’m forever thankful for the time and space God’s given me here.

I will continue to pray for God to guide me where to go from here, and as soon as I do understand what that looks like, I will let everyone know. I’m sorrowful to the girls that went through this unexpected quick change with me but, I also know they will keep thriving in their careers as Estheticians wherever they decide to carry on their businesses at.
Makenna, Kayla, Anna and Paige, I cherish the time we all got to work together and I truly feel blessed getting to know and work beside you all, along the way.

My tears and fears are not going to keep me down from this career or keep me from ever trying to own and run a salon/spa again. As I believe and know with all my heart that God has a plan for all of us! This will only add to my learning experiences, and to my Faith in God! I know that He uses all things for the good, and he has and will continue to grow my confidence in Him and His plan for my life. I will continue in my of faith and motto/inspiration of the Proverb 31:25 saying “she is clothed in strength and dignity and laughs without fear of the future.”
I also know where my Hope comes from and I will not bow down to fear or anything else that isn’t of Christ! He is forever my only Savior and King, and I am forever grateful for all He has done and continues to do in my life. Christ Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Thank you all who have supported me and inspired me to keep going and keep pushing through the difficulties of owning a small business in today’s world. Through it all, you were there and I love you. I’m truly blessed to have had the best clients and friends a woman could ask for, and I’m going to keep looking forward to what God has in store for my future. Thank you Jesus for being my saving grace and always showing me the way 💜
