No matter what, SPF will always be my #1 beach essential. Whether you’re lounging on the sand or diving into the waves those UV rays are stronger due to reflecting off the water and sand. Only increasing the risk of sunburn, premature aging, and skin cancer.
Apply SPF 15-30 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every 2 hours or immediately after swimming, sweating, or prolonged sun exposure.
