What are the benefits of my Bootcamp?
Unlike regular weekly training sessions you are not tied to a specific amount of sessions every week.
Classes are 45 minutes and focus on full body rather than focusing on a specific muscle group.
Get stronger and get better conditioning.
Take as many or as few classes as you want during the week.

Bootcamp is only done virtually.
One of the biggest exercise/fitness myths for women is that, if you lift weights you will get big and bulky, you will look like a man, you will look like a bodybuilder. All wrong.
This is why this way of thinking is all wrong as well as the benefits of resistance training.
1) women don’t have as much muscle tissue as men
2) women have a lot more estrogen than testosterone
3) resistance training boosts your metabolism making it easier to lose weight
4)resistance training helps build better bone density, this is especially helpful for women as they get older, so to help fight against bone density lose as much as possible.
5) building your muscles helps give the body “shape”/ that physical presence with a good profile.
6) you will also be a lot stronger and have more confidence

Some motivation for your week
The ever trusty rope climbing. Fantastic bodyweight exercise and highly functional. You never know when your going to need to get yourself out of a hole haha. This works your grip strength, arms, shoulders and back. You can use your feet to help stabilize yourself but in this video I’m only using my arms.
Want to join the circus? Be a strongman? Well the circus dumbbell is for you, and anyone else. This is a fun novelty variation for shoulder presses. Big and oversized this will work not only your strength but your shoulder stability big time

Self care is important, don’t underestimate it. Cupping is good times, so if you haven’t tried it then I highly recommend it. Get the gunk out.

I don’t normally take selfies but when I do it’s in a infrared sauna at 140 degrees. I feel more relaxed, more alert, more energy and opened up.

It’s cold and flue season so keep yourself healthy and strong. My go to is CBD oil. Vitamin C and Resveratrol.
