We absolutely understand that life happens and schedules can change unexpectedly. To help us better protect our team’s time and appointment availability for all clients, we will now require a card on file when booking appointments for any new clients.

Clients who miss appointments or cancel without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee will be the cost of half of the service that is missed. This policy helps us continue providing the best service possible while respecting our staff’s time and other clients waiting for appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY📣

Cancellations are to be made 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation or no show after this time frame is subject to a 50% charge of the total service that was missed. And any new appointment will need to be paid in full prior to booking again. This pre payment is non refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead of time or no showed.

All online booking will require a card on file. New clients booking in person or over the phone will also be asked for a card on file. This card will be charged if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead of time or for no showing the appointment.

This policy is to protect our time and livelyhood. If we don’t have clients, we don’t have paychecks. This also allows other clients to be able to have booking options.

This policy is at our discretion. So if you have an emergency and need to cancel after the 24 hours, please reach out to us. We are more than understanding with certain situations.
