We are building Rif Care like a fashion company- because that’s where we are headed (building the reusables part of our business with the new sleep set launch!) - this Photoshoot was the most elevated so far, thanks to the team. It wasn’t perfect, and we always debrief after over how we can personally improve, how we can be less stressed and be better manages of people. It’s all a learning experience!
