It's crazy how we come into this world-perfect "champion" human being - No insecurities - No prejudice - No Shame - No Guilt - No Fears, just pure love. Then our parents, grandparents, schools teachers, family, church, neighbors, friends, etc., spend time getting to know us. But, unfortunately, directly or indirectly, they thrust their projections on us in the first seven years of our lives. By the time we are twenty-one, our -self-worth is cloudy with so much of their guck we hardly recognize ourselves.
At thirty years old, we experience self-realization of who we are and who we want to be. With the help of books, education leaders, self-help teachers, therapies, and maturity, we realize the guck is not ours. As a result, we slowly chip away at sludge to undercover our true selves and find peace and happiness.
