Fiber is essential to keep food material moving through the digestive tract. If you’re not getting enough fiber, your stool can sit in the colon for too long, which allows toxins to be reabsorbed into the body, instead of being eliminated. Plus, constipation is just plain uncomfortable!
Get your fiber naturally by incorporating more berries, chia seeds, almonds, beans, barley, and peas into your diet. Remember to up your water intake, as adding in a lot of fiber at once can also cause digestive discomfort.

Instead of sharing glimpses of your life every day, try cutting back to once or twice a week. Or, try making what you share on social media closer to “real life” as opposed to just a “highlight reel.” This could look like posting pictures that haven’t been touched up or edited.
Remember, if you’re living your life only through the lens of social media, you’re not really living in the present.
