You will have a private room with code lock + key entry within a very clean and welcoming suite. You will also have access to a shared waiting area and lab room with sink, microwave, and refrigerator. Utilities are all included (including WIFI!) The building is on a great block, located between Wilshire Blvd (to the north) and Olympic (to the south). Many restaurants and shops as well as ample parking.
