One of the best parts about being a stylist is there’s always something new to learn.

This morning Casey, Baker, and I spent time with diving into their color program. We got hands on, asked all the questions, and soaked it all in. Baker was there for moral support… business cards coming soon, openings are limited since he’s a newborn.

We love continuing our education so we can bring new techniques, better results, and the best products right back to our chairs.

We’re excited for you to see what we’ve been learning.

Had the best family day in the salon with all 4 of my nieces and my sister-in-law for a little girls’ day pampering.

As a boy mom, I love these moments where I get to be girly with my nieces. Mila got her first haircut and we did a balayage and cut, and added blue sew-in extensions for a fun pop of color for the other cuties.

Lived in color like this doesn’t happen in one appointment and that’s intentional.

This is our 4th lightening session. The second photo shows where we were after the 3rd. Each visit we lift a little more, refine the tone, and protect the integrity of the hair so it stays healthy, strong, and wearable the whole way through.

Getting to your goal color is a process, especially with lived in blondes and dimensional color. Slow and steady always gives the best results.

2016 called… so obviously I answered 📞

Lavender hair. No extensions (shocking, I know). Brianna shaved the back of her head. Before + after side-by-sides had me in a chokehold. And somewhere in there, my love for bridal hair was definitely starting to bloom… or at least flirting with the idea.

Looking back from 2026, it’s wild to see how much has changed and how much has stayed the same. Still obsessed with hair. Still experimenting. Still grateful for the people who’ve been along for the ride.
