To Kayla, part of being on the Ethos Salon means growing through education and collaboration. She loves learning from the team and sharing her knowledge and new techniques with her guests.

She’s been a God send & things truly wouldn’t operate the same without her.

MEET EMMA ⚡️

Emma graduated this spring from The Aveda Institute and she stepped into our apprentice program with a work ethic that deserves to be recognized all on its own. She showed up in ways a lot of people wouldn’t. Early mornings, long days, and a willingness to learn that’s never wavered. It’s been really so special to watch her grow.

She’s since graduated from our program and earned her role as a Co-stylist. Her books are open and she’s welcoming new guests! If you’ve ever sat in her chair, you know how easy she is to be around. She loves blonding and long layers, but the part that sticks with you is how she makes you feel in her presence. ❤️
