We are excited to offer two recently renovated rooms. We don't get many room openings here, most of our tenants are long term. Both of these booth rentals are private rooms.

The larger room features 12 foot tall ceilings, a private sink, and large windows. Rent is only 700 per month.

The smaller room also features 12 foot tall ceilings, is perfect for esthetician, massage therapist, and a variety of salon services. This room is only 600 per month.

We are offering 50 percent off the first month rent with a 1 year contract. And if you bring someone that signs a contract for the other room you will get your first month free, and they will get 50 percent off their first month.

We work hard to provide a clean, safe, and stable environment.

Building is located in a private office complex at 182s. 32nd St West Suite 5.
