Did you know that women often times harbor past traumas within their womb. These experiences have buried themselves deep within and taken residence like "squatters".

It's time to rid yourself of anything that robs you of connecting with your inner being. It's time to overcome adversity, purify, and experience a rebirth.

It's a Blessed Day and Sacrée Women's Wellness is on the move. Reflecting on this past weekend's retreat continues to bring a smile to my face and fill my heart with Pure Joy!!

We are so grateful that everyone had a great time and were Blessed with the Experience (But GOD). It is exciting to have served as Host to such a Powerful Group of Virtuous Women. This retreat has served as the springboard into an amazing adventure of service.

All the planning and effort that went into the delivery would have not been a success without help. To Kim Henderson and Nature's Cove, the atmosphere created in our environment was complete Serenity. We appreciate your attention to every detail and thank you for having us. To Schenika Smith and Nika's Naturals, your products are amazing! You Blessed our skin and our senses. (That air freshener is "the Truth".) We thank you from bottom of our hearts. To Chef Moe (Maurice Reed) and Castiron Creations, you didn't just fill our bellies, you nourished our spirits with palette delighting delicacies. We cannot wait to see what you have in store for us next. Sister Paris J, you walked this walk with us and served alongside in true form. The love I have for you as my friend is never-ending. The love I have for you as my Sister, extends beyond life. Thank you does not come close to articulating my thoughts. I

As we gear up and prepare for today's assignments, we are renewed and restored.

Day 3 - Sista Sisters

Where do I begin? I guess I should start with the fact that GOD puts everyone where they need to be and when they need to be for HIS DIVINE PURPOSE!! No one could enter this Sacred Space and Not Be Changed!!

What a Grand Rising!! The sun shone and kissed our faces. We awoke to the beauty of Creation and full of GOD'S Grace. Our fellowship over the past 2 days filled us and renewed our spirits. We were Thankful -- but HE had only just begun to prepare us for what is to come.

HIS preparation took us directly into HIS Word. Pastor Paris J delivered a word that fueled the fire that HE had ignited. We were reminded that we are designed for Divine Purpose as Virtuous Women and it did not stop there. From the Word was birthed Praise and Worship that rocked the foundation. Pastor Paris J started us off, Sister Lisa Wood continued to lead us and Sister Taliesha Cash drove it home and prayed us out. Our spirits were full and our bodies were nourished as Chef Moe and Castiron Creations prepared breakfast for and dined with us.

To say that was the end would be a tale. Where GOD exists, there is no end! So we dove directly into fellowship. Our bond secured. We are forever Sista Sisters. As we started to our next destinations, we prayed with, prophesied over and loved on each other -- Forever bound in heart and spirit.

To say that I am Grateful and Thankful for all this weekend delivered is more than an understatement. Words cannot articulate the Power of this Experience!!

BECAUSE HE!! GLORY BE TO GOD!!

DAY 2 - The Work Begins

Prepading for the day, we indulged in the healing properties of essential oils courtesy of Marshelle Harris. Then we experienced a Grand Rising with Yoga led by Paris J Harrison. Our morning continued learning the healing properties of vegetation found in our immediate space as we prepared for a full breakfast prepared by Castiron Creations . (Chile we ate!)

Our journey into journaling took us back out into nature soaking up our vitamin D and renewing ourselves with our own written words. The morning brought us to open discussions and fellowship as Sisters well into the afternoon when we were greeted with a sumptuous lunch -- beef lo mein and shrimp stir fry. YAAASSSS!!

Moving into late afternoon we talked through the different benefits of various herbs as we prepared to enjoy the advantages of our own individual yoni steams followed by meditation. And what came next - FELLOWSHIP! We continued our journey with open conversation, catching up on life and even indulging in naps. We were free to do as we individually desired well into dinner. YES, we ate again!

And after all that food, sharing, and fellowship, what came next? A movie and some good sleep. Tomorrow's a NEW DAY!!

Day 1 - Arriving

What a Fantastically Fabulous Friday!!

Despite the downpour of rain, traffic, and any potential obstacle, we all showed up and HE showed out. GOD places HIS people in the perfect places to receive and reveal anointings. Though we were not having service, THE WORD is present in this place. We shared, we laughed, we loved. True fellowship and Sisterhood amongst Sisters who knew not each other, but were quickly bonded. Each of us came for different reasons, but united in a common purpose -- to refresh and renew. We are letting go of baggage and any "squatters" that have setup residence in our space -- eviction starts TODAY!

We nourished our spirits whilst Chef Moe and Castiron Creations nourished our bodies. (We ate y'all!) Tomorrow is a new day -- a new opportunity for new beginnings. What a group to be on this journey with!!
