Our microneedling treatments are performed while you’re lying comfortably on our heated Dry Flotation bed, with your body fully supported and relaxed. We apply topical numbing cream before treatment, so you can settle in and get comfortable. Think warm, quiet, and relaxing, rather than your typical clinical appointment.
So, what’s the difference between traditional microneedling and RF microneedling?
Traditional microneedling uses tiny needles to create controlled microchannels in the skin, stimulating natural collagen production to improve the appearance of fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, and uneven texture.
RF microneedling adds radiofrequency energy, delivering controlled heat beneath the skin to encourage collagen remodeling, improve firmness, and address wrinkles and mild skin laxity.

A little look at what goes into our more specialized pedicures!
This treatment was done by Pam at Color Box in Birmingham, Michigan. Our client booked a 1-hour and 45-minute E-File Pedicure with a Keratin Add-On, specifically to focus on her calluses and improving the overall health of her feet.
While our E-File Pedicures do include polish, this client chose to skip it so Pam could dedicate the entire appointment to detailed callus care and treating the areas that needed extra attention.
She’ll be coming back every two weeks so we can continue working on those areas and get her feet back to their healthiest condition!
All of our nail technicians are trained in this type of detailed foot care, and we love being able to customize treatments based on what each client needs. Whether you’re coming in for a beautiful pedicure or have specific concerns you’d like us to address, we’re always happy to help you find the right service!

You begin lying on a flat, dry surface. A soft wrap is placed over you, then the bed slowly lowers as warm, 97-degree water rises around your body and fills above and below you. You never get wet.
As you lower into the water, your body becomes completely weightless. There’s no pressure on your spine, joints or body. Just warmth, quiet and the feeling of completely letting go.
Add the optional eye mask, close your eyes and genuinely disappear for a while. It is SO relaxing.
