Can you see yourself on the table?

One of the top two complaints I hear as a massage therapist:

"My neck" "My back" "My neck AND my back!"

We live in a constant state of forward rotation, be it driving, typing, or simply being on our devices. Our necks take a large portion of the pressure from daily living.

Show your body some love for all it does for you.

As the cooler weather settles in & life slows, many find it increasingly difficult to stay motivated & keep going. The only way to prosper is to persevere 🧡

How often do you sit or lay down to rest but find yourself unable to fully relax?
We live in a world that requires us to be so on guard, yet I aim to make my space a true escape : low light, aromatherapy, complimentary wine & or water, music of your choice, etc.
For the duration of your session, I suggest you silence your cell phone & be present in yourself. This is your time, you don't have to earn it. It's yours.

Keep calm and carry on! And when that doesn't work, get a massage! 💆‍♀️😌💕
