Monica’s Hair Salon in Bloomfield NJ is seeking a part time hair salon assistant.

We are looking for someone who is dedicated to the salon and will provide a great first and last impression for our customers.

Requirements:

Must be able to work Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday’s.
Wednesday & Thursday 8:45AM to close
Saturday 8:45AM to 5:00PM
Must have New Jersey Cosmetology License or Valid Permit

Your Duties and Responsibilities will include; (but are not limited to)

Greeting clients, getting them ready for chemical services, shampooing clients, apply single process colors, toners, and glazes, etc.

Assisting stylists in everyday tasks like answering the phone, scheduling appointments

Maintaining salon cleanliness and organization. Sweeping, cleaning color bowls and brushes, sweeping, Wiping down all stations, chairs, and shampoo area.
