It’s Pride Month! 🌈 And here’s a blast from the past!
If there’s one thing I’ll always celebrate, it’s love, connection, and the courage to be authentically yourself.
I’ve always been a little obsessed with love—not just romantic love, but the kind of connection that allows people to feel seen, accepted, understood, and free. There’s something incredibly beautiful about watching someone step fully into who they are and love in the way that feels right for them.
When people are given the freedom to love openly, honestly, and without fear, it reminds me just how powerful the human heart can be.
So this month, I’m celebrating the people who have embraced their truth, found their happiness, and chosen love despite the obstacles they may have faced along the way.
Happy Pride to all of the beautiful souls who remind us that love is not something to limit…it’s something to celebrate. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

A bit of a May ‘26 run through!!

I created this blonde last week and had to share it…because every photo you’re seeing was taken in just two spots. The only thing I changed? Her position….and once, I clipped on a little extra light.
Same hair. Different light. Completely different feel.
It’s such a good reminder…hair (not just blonde) is going to shift in every space you’re in. And for my super icy girls—this is your gentle nudge…a little warmth isn’t a bad thing. The sun gives us warmth for a reason ✨

It’s always my pleasure to work with and share my love for milk_shake. So many of the people I’ve met along the way have truly become an extension of my work family. As stylists, we build tribes… and I really love this one.
I’m so grateful to be part of a company that continues to grow, and more importantly, sees stylists for who they are…people who share joy and create beauty for a living.
We also happen to be the most fun! 🤩

March went by in a flash…we lived as much life outside of work as possible, behind the chair is one part of my life…it’s a big part, and important piece to my puzzle. My family time is everything, though, especially these days. A few days behind, but still showing up because every part of our lives is impossibly beautiful in each way.

Dear Clients and Friends,
I wanted to take a moment to reach out and say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Many of you already know that my husband, Kris, was recently diagnosed with stage IV colon cancer. Some of you have been following along on social media, while others may be hearing this for the first time. Either way, the support, kindness, flexibility, and loyalty you have shown me during this time has meant more than I can possibly put into words.
The good news is that we recently received an amazing first scan showing great progress, which gives us so much hope. We will continue to keep fighting, and we are incredibly grateful for the progress we are seeing.
As we move forward with treatment, my schedule has shifted slightly again so that I can be present for Kris on his treatment days while still continuing to do the work that I love and support our family. Being able to stay behind the chair and maintain some sense of normalcy has been such a gift.
For the time being, my hours will be:
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: Treatment days
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
I truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this season. Your support allows me to continue doing what I love while also caring for my family.
