Last week, our Practice Managers, Ali and Rachelle, along with Sam, had the opportunity to attend a leadership conference thanks to an invitation from one of our amazing patients. Leadership isn’t always easy. It’s often one of the most challenging responsibilities we take on. But whether it’s at work or at home, we are all leading others every day in some capacity.
Over the course of two days, the girls focused on learning, growing, and expanding their leadership skills so they can continue showing up as the best possible leaders for their teams and the patients who trust us with their care.
Ali and Rachelle, we see the work you put in behind the scenes, and we’re so grateful for it. Thank you for continually investing in your growth and in the people around you!

Hi guys! Sam here. I want to tell the story about a situation that occurrd this week.
I had a brand new patient call that has never been to us before. She was interested in the hyperbaric chamber for wound healing. She recently had something a bit traumatic happen with a “healthcare professional” (later found out this person was not licensed).
As we were chatting, I could sense that she was nervous, so I said “do you mind if I just face time you real quick so I can show you?” And that’s exactly what we did.
The moment she could see me, I watched the tension leave her face.
Oftentimes, the question being asked isn’t the real concern. Sometimes a splash of reassurance and the ability to relate is all a girl needs.
While we can’t always hop on a FaceTime call, I wanted to share this example of the type of care we strive to provide every day at Gen 3. We are human. We aren’t always perfect. But we care. And we want you to feel nothing but that before you ever even come through our doors💛
