10 years apart… and if I do say so myself, the years have been pretty kind to me 😋

People always ask what I’ve done, so here’s the honest answer: a little bit of everything. No magic wand, no single treatment—just years of consistency and investing in myself.

✨ Dissolved old lip filler and refreshed it properly

Never in my life did I think I’d be the girl walking around in b***y shorts and a sports bra, living in Florida, and feeling completely comfortable in my own skin. But here we are.

What got me here?

☀️ Moved the hell out of Chicago and into the sunshine.

✂️ Let go of dead weight—people, places, habits, and situations that no longer served me.

🥗 Learned about food. Nothing is off-limits, but everything has a healthier swap, and moderation is key.

🥂 Barely drink alcohol. I won’t say I never drink, but it’s rare and intentional—maybe once every few months.

🚶‍♀️ Started walking every morning.

💪 Committed to Pilates and weight training: (weight training)

🧬 Incorporated peptides into my wellness routine:

🌱 Focused on a functional approach to health whenever possible- is such a great educator of functional medicine

🍓 Follow the 80/20 rule—80% nourishing foods, 20% enjoying life.

🏡 Swapped out products in my home for cleaner options.

❤️ Married a man who genuinely thinks I’m the hottest thing alive.

😂 Built friendships with people who make me laugh until my stomach hurts.

✨ Learned self-love, self-respect, and the power of saying “no” to things that don’t align with who I am anymore.

🙌 Get to do work I love every day, alongside incredible people, while meeting new people constantly.

The biggest lesson? Your life changes when you decide you’re worth taking care of.

Not because you hate who you are.

Because you finally love yourself enough to become the person you’ve always wanted to be. ❤️☀️✨
