One of my absolute favorite hair straighteners that is possibly the most conditioning Keratin treatment out there. Unfortunately I only use this product on brunettes.

Since the change from formaldehyde to amino acids hair gets temperamental with high lift blondes and these treatments. The higher acidity levels turns the color to pick up the under pigment of the hair and nobody wants to redo their color after a treatment.

If you are a brunette or have subtle highlights this treatment is for you. It lasts the longest in my experience and as I said is the most conditioning. Just a little nugget of knowledge in the world of straighteners...

Do you know the importance of sulfate free products?

It’s not just for keratin treatments it’s also for your color and problematic hair.
Sulfate based shampoos are created to have longer shelf life and also have an over abundance in detergents for lather. The more detergent the more stripping of the hairs natural protective layer. This is what locks in the longevity of your keratin treatments as well as preserving your color from fading and oxidation.
Make sure you always look for sulfate free products and if it doesn’t have the tagline in the product than most likely it is packed with sulfates that take away from that protective layer.

We are always stocked with many sulfate free options at the salon for those that have thicker drier hair textures Lasio “Hypersilk Shampoo & Conditioners” are my new favorite must haves for the summer. However, if you have fine hair and lack body this would not be my recommendation.
