I don’t use eye cream at night. 🌙

Eye creams are quite rich and for me they can mean a puffy morning. Instead, I use a light serum around my eyes: Elastine or Oligo-Protéines Marines from Biologique Recherche.

Part two of my evening routine. The skin is clean now, prepared, ready to actually absorb something. This is where the real change happens - not in one night, but in all of them, consistently.

Here is what most people get wrong. It is not about owning expensive products. It is about the order. Thinnest to richest. A balancing lotion first, then the targeted serums for what my skin needs right now, then a cream to seal all of it in. Each layer has a job and the sequence is what makes them work.

People always ask what I use at night. But before any serum, any cream, any of the good steps - there is this. The cleanse.

At the end of the day your skin is carrying everything. Makeup, sunscreen, the city, the hours. If you do not take all of that off properly, nothing you put on after can actually work. The best serum in the world cannot do its job on skin that was not prepared for it.

So I take my time here. Gently, on the whole face and even the delicate eye area. No rushing. This is the step that makes everything after it worth it.
