You’ll see my little man, Cristiano, for a moment in this video—he is one of the biggest reasons I keep pushing forward every day.

Ingredients:

* 2 cups rolled oats
* 2 bananas
* ½ cup peanut butter
* 3 tbsp honey
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* ½ tsp cinnamon
* ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
* ¼ tsp salt

What have I been doing these past 2½ weeks? 💛

Many of you have been asking how I’m doing and why I haven’t returned every call or text yet.

The truth is… I’ve been working nonstop behind the scenes.

My days have been filled with phone calls, emails, meetings, paperwork, and rebuilding after the fire. I’ve been working with the City, the Fire Department, licensing offices, insurance companies, adjusters, attorneys, contractors, SBA, SBDC, grants, banks, vendors, and so much more.

I’ve also been replacing everything that was lost and taking one step at a time to rebuild.

To my amazing clients… thank you. Thank you for your patience, your prayers, your phone calls, your text messages, and for waiting for me. I haven’t forgotten about you. Your kindness and support mean more than you’ll ever know.

A very special thank you to my beautiful niece, Ximena, for creating and managing our GoFundMe and for always being by my side. I couldn’t be more grateful.

This journey has reminded me that asking for help is not weakness—it’s humility.

One day at a time. One step at a time.

I truly believe God is guiding me, opening the right doors, and reminding me to keep moving forward. I’ll continue sharing this journey of faith, resilience, and rebuilding.
