This new patient came to me after seeing several injectors in the past but still feeling unhappy with her results, particularly in her lower face
Her biggest concerns were:
• Perioral (“smoker’s”) lines
• Marionette lines
• Loss of support around the mouth
• Overall facial aging in the lower face
Instead of chasing every line with filler, we focused on restoring the foundation.
✨ Hyperdilute Radiesse was placed throughout the jawline, submalar area, preauricular region, and temples to stimulate collagen and elastin, helping rebuild support where it had been lost.
✨ A conservative amount of filler was strategically placed around the mouth—not to add volume, but to support the tissue, soften etched-in lines, and improve the appearance of the skin.
✨ Full-face neurotoxin was used to soften the upper face while creating a subtle lifting effect that beautifully complements the lower face.
