Everyone wants to: Over complicate things Blame their bad genetics Really it’s pretty simple… We lose muscle mass as we age if we don’t ACTIVELY work to maintain it! Muscle loss = slower metabolic rate (less calories burned) Wanna stay lean & healthy? MOVE YOUR BODY Okay bye ✌🏻 08/17/2024

Here we go! 2 straight months of getting 10k+ steps a day My muscle mass is actually UP AND my body fat percentage is DOWN almost 2% I’ve had a bigger appetite and definitely been eating more although I can’t tell you exactly how much because I only track protein periodically I can however tell you I feel GREAT!! ✌🏻😜 08/16/2024

Literally roll my eyes hard when I run into someone I know and: They decide to tell me how poor their genetics are and it’s caused them to become diabetic and need statins 😵‍💫 Never mind that they stopped working out regularly, gained 25lbs and guzzle alcohol like it’s a frat party (this is also not a hate on having a drink post - I believe in moderation) Believe me, I see people that are working hard, doing the right things and struggling to get healthy…not the people I’m talking to Look I know everyone goes thru stressful situations, has things happen in their lives that’s out of their control …but, I am NOT a fan of not holding yourself accountable You’re an adult and you make choices Own them Period Now start making changes 👊🏼🫶🏻 08/11/2024
