Ouch.
They aren't even.
But you look at them and decide saline won't work and laser is too much to go through.

Or you just need to erase a touch here or a touch there and the shape would be perfect....

🌀 When blending away around the eyebrows sometimes a "skin" color has ingredients or color undertones that can actually darken the area unknowingly.

🌀 The more different colors that compose the "skin" color the more chance it has of seperating and looking blotchy over the years.

It may seem like a good idea now to use a "skin" color but be very selective of the manufacturer.

Do not use cheap pigments to blend.

Try to find one that has as few ingredients as possible.
From a company that has been around long enough to know what the colors do over the years.

It doesn't matter if it's Eyebrows that frame the face, Eyeliner that lights up the eyes or a million other makeup effects IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE in how someone feels....

Not just how someone looks.

Here I am doing someone's permanent Under-Eye Concealer. Using the exact rules I just explained. Of course I haven't wioed the excess color away yet in this photo.

We have all had the dreaded unhappy client.

After 24 years owning a Medspa I have manuevered every situation imaginable regarding clients.

Before you feel bad/guilty about your work or that you did a bad job, or before you return their anger....

1. BREATHE. I can not express the importance of this. It stops the energy transmission from them to you. You can literally block the anger by breathing and cleansing the mood between you two.

2. Have MERCY. Chances are they are scared not mad. Or maybe scared leading to panic leading to mad. But it all starts with fear. Be kind and gentle with them.

3. It's their FACE. Have some empathy and put yourself in their place. How would you want to be talked to? Repeat as many times as they need that it will be ok and why. They need the reassurance.

4. VALIDATE their complaint. They have a right to their feelings. Every single one of us feels more einclined to agree, discuss, re-pkan, understand..... Whatever if we feel heard and validated like our concern matters.

5. Make as few adjustments as possible during the first 48 hours. None if possible. However if a small adjustment soothes them go ahead. Just don't dare mark the skin again after those first 48 hr. It needs to heal to receive the color or shape adjustment properly.

6. Show genuine concern when you are fixing the area of concern. Whether you think it needs it or not humor them and attempt to make the adjustment.

7. If you have tried everything and they still have a horrible attitude that will not be satisfied then offer a refund or partial refund.
Almost never does this happen but over your career you may have one or two.

8. ****NEVER PRINT, EMAIL OR TEXT ANY COMMUNICATIONS YOU WOULDNT WANT THE WHOLE WORLD TO READ. They might. I have had clients screenshot and post conversations. Make sure they stay professional and pleasant.
