Red Betty’s has an open chair and a fresh new facelift to go with it. After 14 years in the neighborhood, the shop got leveled up — darker, moodier, cleaner, cooler — while still keeping the outlaw vintage soul that made people love this place in the first place.

We’re looking for a barber, barber stylist, or cosmetologist who actually wants to work somewhere with personality instead of another copy-paste beige salon full of fake plants and ring lights.

This is NOT a corporate cookie-cutter salon or some weird “girl boss” content house pretending to do hair. It’s a real working shop with grit, personality, loyal clients, and 14 years of roots in the community.
