As a licensed massage therapist, bodyworker, and Reiki practitioner, Liz creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere, supporting a non-invasive, yet effective fusion of pain relief and relaxation.

Her technique encourages the body to relieve fatigue, pain & stress while promoting a sense of tranquility and well being. She holds the belief that massage does not need to hurt, in order to be effective. Her compassionate approach aims at reducing tension and stress, without adding unnecessary trauma to the body. Blending methods from traditional, ancient, and modern modalities, she creates a unique experience tailored to the individual client. Each session is different and may include assisted stretching, cupping therapy (negative pressure massage), hot stones, steamed towels, and aromatherapy.

Liz enjoys connecting with a variety of clients and feels privileged to assist them on their journey towards health, balance, and longevity.
